Role Overview The candidate is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing media campaigns across advertising platforms. This role acts as the central liaison between partners, internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery and timely execution of all activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate media campaigns across company owned advertising platforms Manage coordination among multiple advertising partners on timelines, formats, and deliverables Plan and execute product sampling initiatives onboard flights, in lounges, and at airport touchpoints Act as a liaison between media suppliers, sales teams, clients, agencies, and logistics partners Oversee sampling logistics, approvals, artwork, and campaign schedules Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements Maintain campaign documentation and support sales presentations Required Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Experience in sampling, brand activations, or media coordination Understanding of media workflows and airline operations Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications Background in advertising, media, marketing, aviation, or event management 2–4 years of relevant experience in airline/airport or media environments Knowledge of aviation compliance is a plus
