Designation: Graphic Designer (Decks) Location: Sector 127, Noida Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office | 6 Days/Week Experience: 2-5 Years Salary Budget: 25,000 - 35,000 per month Joining: Immediate Department: Marketing Reporting To: Marketing Lead About the Role UniLiv is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer whose core strength lies in creating exceptional business presentations, pitch decks, and professional marketing materials . The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief, understand the objective, structure information effectively, and transform it into clean, visually compelling, and professional designs with quick turnaround times. Along with presentation design, the candidate should be comfortable handling social media creatives, marketing collateral, branding assets, and on-ground communication materials. The role is based on the existing JD's emphasis on presentation design, marketing creatives, collateral, and reusable brand templates. Key Responsibilities 1. Presentation & Deck Design Design high-quality sales decks, pitch decks, investor/company profile decks, business review presentations, and client/partner proposals. Create visually structured presentations using strong storytelling, typography, layouts, charts, infographics, and custom graphics. Develop and maintain master decks, reusable slide templates, icon libraries, and presentation systems. 2. Social Media & Digital Creatives Design engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, campaigns, and other digital platforms. Create static posts, carousel creatives, reel covers, and basic short-form visual assets. Ensure all designs remain aligned with UniLiv's brand identity. 3. Marketing & Brand Collateral Design brochures, one-pagers, property mailers, proposals, standees, hoardings, event creatives, and other marketing materials. Support the Marketing team with visually impactful communication for internal and external campaigns. 4. Property & On-Ground Communication Design property signage, room tags, welcome kits, resident communication materials, and other on-ground branding assets. Maintain consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. Required Skills & Tools PowerPoint – Expert level (Mandatory): Master slides, custom layouts, native charts, animations, morph, and professional presentation design. Google Slides – Expert level: Collaborative presentations and shared template libraries. Adobe Illustrator – Advanced: Vector graphics, icons, infographics, and branding assets. Adobe Photoshop – Advanced: Image editing, retouching, composites, and property/site visuals. Figma – Intermediate: Layouts, design systems, and quick mock-ups. Adobe InDesign – Intermediate: Brochures, proposals, and print collateral. Canva – Intermediate: Fast-turnaround social media and marketing creatives. After Effects / Premiere Pro – Basic knowledge preferred: Animated slides, reels, and short edits. Working knowledge of AI design tools for improving creativity and turnaround time. The required technical stack and expertise levels are based on the source JD. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, marketing design, or a similar role. Experience in an agency, consulting firm, startup, or in-house marketing team will be preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing real presentation decks is mandatory. Strong understanding of typography, grids, layouts, visual hierarchy, colour balance, and clean design principles. Ability to manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to understand briefs quickly. Candidates who can demonstrate excellent PowerPoint and presentation design skills will be strongly preferred. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who believes in clean, professional, and purposeful design over unnecessary decoration . The ideal candidate should combine creativity with speed, understand business communication, and be capable of independently converting raw ideas into polished visual output. Important: Candidates without a relevant portfolio, particularly examples of business presentations or decks, will not be shortlisted.
