Admin & facility management specialist

<p> About the Role </p> <p> Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive </p> <p> operations of an organization or business location. </p> <p> Requirements: </p> <p>● II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree </p> <p>● Supervisory experience in Facility departments </p> <p>● Organized at work </p> <p>● Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously. </p> <p>● Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi &amp; Kannada) </p> <p> Role &amp; Responsibilities: </p> <p>● Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met. </p> <p>● Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures. </p> <p>● Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment. </p> <p>● Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets. </p> <p>● Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance </p> <p>● Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and </p> <p> external contractors </p> <p>● Allocate office space according to needs </p> <p>● Handle insurance plans and service contracts </p> <p>● Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission </p> <p>● Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to </p> <p> implement programs. </p> <p>● Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs </p> <p>● Travel arrangements - ticket &amp; stay </p> <p>● Event coordinator </p> <p>● Very little field work is required, and one should know the local market. </p> <p> We are looking for: </p> <p>● We are looking for an experienced Facilities Specialist to oversee all building-related </p> <p> activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure </p> <p> and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning. </p> <p>● The ideal candidate should be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and </p> <p> equipment while reducing operating costs, with Leadership abilities and good work </p> <p> efficiency. </p> <p>● The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that </p> <p> employees can work under the best conditions. </p>
