Required QualificationsProfessional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar functional technology role.Experience within a clinical, laboratory, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environment.Understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and how test results can drive downstream system processes.Experience with quality management or regulated systems.Experience supporting software or application development projects.Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and business analysis skills.Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.Strong understanding of application functionality, workflows, and business processes. xzbcwsv Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
