The company operates a state-of-the-art plant with advanced capabilities such as honing, induction hardening, chrome plating, CNC turning, grinding, and dust-free assembly.

We have recently started a new unit for Repair and Testing of various types of Hydraulic Pumps and Motors like Axial Piston , Vane , Gear Type etc of various makes like Rexroth, Parker, Eaton , Linde etc. for various Industrial and Mobile applications.

Role Description The Hydraulic Servicing Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing Repairing/Servicing and Testing of Hydraulic Pumps, Motors and Cylinders. The role involves planning and supervising maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. This position manages a technical team, coordinates service schedules, and collaborates with design, production, and quality departments to resolve complex hydraulic issues. The Hydraulic Servicing Head engages with customers to diagnose service needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely completion of service commitments. The role also includes continuous improvement of servicing processes, documentation, and compliance with relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on experience in hydraulic components and systems servicing.
• Ability to lead projects and teams, demonstrating effective Project Management and Team Management skills.
• Experience in Hydraulic Pumps, Motors and Cylinders repair/ service and testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and customers, and to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
