About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to build and define the FP&A and corporate finance function within a high-growth fintech.
As Head of FP&A, you will act as a key partner to the finance leadership team and wider business, translating financial data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making and growth.
The role is highly visible and offers significant ownership across financial planning, forecasting, modelling, reporting and strategic finance.
What You'll DoPartner with the VP of Finance on the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plan.Own key financial modelling, analysis and forecasting responsibilities across the business.Build and develop financial models and performance metrics covering revenue growth, unit economics, customer behaviour, pricing and other key business drivers.Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking and management commentary.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Engineering to develop assumptions, assess plans and provide financial insight.Improve and automate FP&A processes, tools and reporting infrastructure as the company scales.Support fundraising, board reporting, due diligence and wider strategic finance initiatives.
What We're Looking For7+ years of experience across FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory or Big Four audit.Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.Excellent understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics.Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear commercial insights for senior leadership.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.Experience with BI, data analytics, SQL or modern FP&A platforms is advantageous.Experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, cohorts, CAC and LTV is preferred.Startup or high-growth technology experience is a strong plus.MBA, CPA or similar qualification preferred.

Working Environment
