The Phoenix Group Advisors is a boutique staffing firm head quartered in Midtown Manhattan. We specialize in Technology, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Administrative, and Human Resources staffing on both Direct Hire and Consulting engagements. We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to build long-term success with a collaborative team.
Location Requirements
Hybrid position based in Midtown ManhattanIn-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and ThursdayRemote Monday and FridaySummer Fridays with early office closureCandidates must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan three days per week
What You'll Do
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positionsSource, screen, interview, and present qualified candidatesBuild and maintain strong candidate relationshipsCoordinate interviews and manage offersthrough acceptancePartner with hiring managers and clients to deliver top talentUtilize Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered recruiting tools, and modern sourcing platformsContribute to the continued growth of our Technology division
What We're Looking For
2+ years of recent staffing agency or internal recruiting experienceProven success recruiting technical professionalsStrong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skillsAbility to managemultiple searches and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organizational skillsBullhorn experience is a plus
Clients You’ll Work WithFinancial Services, Hedge Funds, Law Firms, Tech Start Ups, Managed Service Providers.
Jobs You’ll Recruit ForCloud Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, IT Support Specialists, IT Managers, and Systems Engineers.
