Our team is looking for an experienced Attorney to support a high-volume medical malpractice defense and/or general liability practice in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who excels in complex legal analysis, critical thinking, and strong written advocacy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation.In this role, you will:• Independently take depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses• Draft substantive legal memoranda (motions, responses, replies) requiring advanced analytical reasoning• Conduct in-depth legal research and translate complex medical/legal issues into clear, persuasive arguments• Analyze medical records, expert reports, and deposition transcripts with precision• Collaborate on case strategy with lead counsel• Handle discovery and client communications, including deposition summariesWhat we’re looking for: Active Florida Bar admission 5+ years of litigation experience Proven ability to independently take depositions Exceptional writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills xzbcwsv Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesPreferred experience:• High-volume defense litigation environment• Medical negligence claims• Drafting motions for summary judgment, Daubert challenges/responsesIf you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic, fast-paced practice, we invite you to apply and look forward to connecting with you.
