We’re looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support a major multi-year transformation of core finance systems for a leading insurance organization.This is a hands-on builder role focused on designing and building secure Azure cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes environments, and automation frameworks from the ground up, while supporting future cloud-native applications and Microsoft Fabric-driven data initiatives.
What We’re Looking For7–10 years of DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering experienceStrong Azure expertise across infrastructure, security, networking, containers, and monitoringExperience building secure Azure platforms and delivery pipelines from scratch, not simply supporting existing environmentsDeep DevSecOps experience with CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and security controlsInfrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, and BicepHands-on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) deployment and management experienceStrong scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or SQLExperience implementing Azure security best practices including RBAC, identity management, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud
Nice to HaveData engineering backgroundMicrosoft Fabric experienceMassdriver experienceExperience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or DockerExperience working in regulated environments with SOX compliance requirementsKnowledge of Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Boards
What You’ll Be DoingBuild and operate secure-by-design Azure cloud platforms and infrastructureDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD and delivery pipelines with integrated security controls xzbcwsv Support a large, multi-year finance modernization initiative rebuilding core financial systemsDeploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and OpenTofuBuild and support AKS environments, deployments, and containerized applicationsImplement monitoring, observability, logging, and operational readiness practicesSupport solutions after deployment while continuously improving platform capabilities
