Role: Senior Copywriter

Location: Mumbai

What You’ll Do

• Crack big ideas, campaign territories and social-first concepts that get people talking.
• Write everything from a killer Instagram caption to campaign scripts, brand films, digital ads and integrated campaigns.
• Adapt your writing style across different brands, audiences, industries and tones of voice.
• Present and sell your ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior writers and help raise the creative bar within the team.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of internet culture, trends, memes, pop culture and what’s happening next .

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of copywriting experience in a digital/creative agency.
• Someone with a strong portfolio of ideas, campaigns and social-first work .
• Excellent command over language with a sharp understanding of tone, humour and storytelling.
• Strong conceptual thinker who can go beyond writing what’s asked and challenge the brief when needed.
• Ability to write short-form, long-form, scripts, campaign copy and social content .
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
• Someone who can take feedback, give feedback and still fight for a great idea when it matters.

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked on Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, D2C, brands.
• Have experience working on integrated / 360° campaigns .
• Have a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling.
