Syndicated Lending Operations Professional | Financial Services Firm

We’re looking for a Syndicated Lending Operations Professional to support high-volume and complex lending activities across Global Markets Loan Operations. If you have hands-on experience with syndicated loans, transaction processing, reconciliations, client support, and operational risk, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Review credit agreements and lending documentation for accurate deal setup and loan booking
• Process loan transactions, funding requirements, lender reallocations, and payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile loan positions, manage breaks, and escalate ageing or complex issues
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing troubleshooting and escalation support
• Support onboarding of new clients, deals, and lending facilities onto the platform
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Operations teams
• Use AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support system enhancements, testing, data validation, and business continuity activities
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, controls, risk standards, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent syndicated lending experience
• Strong knowledge of syndicated lending, loan operations, and operational risk
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail with a risk and controls-focused mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately

Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $35 – $38 per hour
