Core Responsibilities

• Dynamic Pedagogy: Deliver exceptional undergraduate and graduate instruction in Core CSE (DSA, OS, OOP, Computer Networks) as well as emerging fields like AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Blockchain.
• Research Excellence: Spearhead innovative AI and Data Science research, publish findings in high-impact journals, secure external grants, and build a strong portfolio of patents/IPR.
• Student Mentorship: Facilitate active, project-based learning and mentor graduate students to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industry applications.
• Institutional Leadership: Drive educational quality standards (NBA, ISO, NAAC, NIRF), organize cross-departmental seminars, and stay at the forefront of AI through continuous professional development.

Who We Are Looking For

• B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE, IT, or allied disciplines with a consistent First-Class record throughout your education.
• Graduates from top-tier universities (IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISc, etc.) are highly sought after.
• Candidates who possess or are currently pursuing a Ph.D. from reputed institutes will be given strong preference.
• 0–4 years of relevant teaching or research experience, with industry exposure being highly desirable.
