We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of experience in HR compliance and employment law across India.

Position: Manager – HR Compliance

Location: Kochi

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: LLB + MBA

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Strong expertise in HR compliance and employment laws applicable across India.
• Manage employment law, statutory compliance, and HR risk management .
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes .
• Conduct and oversee HR compliance audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations .
• Provide guidance to management on HR legal matters and compliance risks .
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience in HR compliance, employee relations, and employment law.
• LLB + MBA is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance .
• Proven experience in policy development, compliance audits, employee relations, and investigations .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
