QA/QC Manager – BIM

Principal / 10 years • Visakhapatnam, India (On-site) Experience: 10 years in BIM, with at least 4 years focused on quality assurance for large modeling programs What you'll do: ● Own the project Quality Plan — define QC checklists, tolerances and review cadence for LOD 300–400 deliverables. ● Lead the QC Lead and QC Checker team across all disciplines; run rolling QC (not just end-of-project checks). ● Own model federation and clash detection sign-off before client issue. ● Audit AIM/asset data for completeness and consistency against the agreed schema. ● Report quality KPIs (rework rate, clash counts, deviation from point cloud) to the Project Manager weekly. What we're looking for: ● Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field. ● Deep hands-on experience auditing Revit models against point cloud data and LOD standards. ● Familiarity with ISO 19650 quality/validation requirements and Navisworks clash workflows. ● Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits. Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Auto CAD Software, Recap Pro, Solibri (a plus)
