Ltd. is an innovative product startup pioneering solutions in Electrical Safety, Energy Management Systems, specializing in Solar, Batteries, and Grid Integration. </p> <p> We design and manufacture high-reliability electrical safety systems that make power infrastructure smarter, safer, reliable, and more sustainable. </p> <p> This is a full time in-person role requiring 50 Hours work commitment at our facility located in E-city, Tukkuguda, Hyderabad. Company will provide free transportation from Hitech City area to the site. </p> <p> We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual to join our  Founders Office as a  Business Operations Coordinator . This role offers hands-on exposure across  business operations, HR, finance coordination, presentations, and research — with the opportunity to learn directly from the founding team. </p> <p> An ideal role for someone who wants to grow fast and work across multiple functions in a high-energy startup environment. </p> <p> What you will do: </p> Assist founders with presentations, pitch decks, research, and strategy documents Coordinate meetings, schedules, notes, and follow-ups Support hiring, onboarding, HRMS updates, and internal communication Track expenses, invoices, budgets, and maintain basic MIS reports Help with procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation Support day-to-day operations across teams <p> What we are looking for: </p> Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills Good PPT/Google Slides &amp; Excel/Sheets skills Familiarity with Zoho Books, CRM, Payroll, POs Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup Degree:  BBA / B.
