Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with compliance, sales, legal, and other internal teams to investigate incidents, share insights, refine detection methods, and identify potential leads arising from account resets and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate records of investigations, customer communications, account changes, and resolutions. Ensure all actions comply with company policies, security standards, and applicable legal requirements.
Market Intelligence and Process Improvement: Monitor industry developments, identify emerging compliance risks, participate in relevant industry events when needed, and communicate future compliance needs and recommendations to management.
A bachelors degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
