Senior Full-Stack Engineer Lahore / Remote View role →

Lead the design and delivery of client platforms end to end, from data model to interface. You will own features in production, shape architecture decisions with clients, and mentor engineers across the team, using AI tooling to accelerate delivery while remaining accountable for quality, security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from technical design through release and production support
• Shape system architecture, data models and integration approaches with clients and colleagues
• Write well-tested, maintainable code in React, Node.js and PostgreSQL
• Review code and mentor mid-level engineers on design, testing and delivery practice
• Apply AI tooling to code review, testing and documentation, with full accountability for the output
• Contribute to discovery sessions and estimate work with clear assumptions and risks

Requirements

• Substantial commercial experience building and operating production web applications
• Strong command of React, TypeScript, Node.js and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Sound understanding of API design, authentication, security and performance fundamentals
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and cloud deployment
• Clear written and spoken English, and confidence working directly with clients
• A track record of mentoring engineers and raising the standard of a codebase
