Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. Email & Lifecycle Marketing Growth Manager
You will develop audience segmentation, build personalized lifecycle journeys, and lead structured experimentation to improve conversion, activation, and retention. Working closely with the Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams, you will turn customer insights and behavioral data into measurable business results.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills, customer understanding, and hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing and experimentation.
Own the email and lifecycle marketing growth roadmap.
Research customer needs, motivations, and behavior to identify meaningful audience segments.
Adapt messaging, content, offers, and calls to action to each segment’s needs.
Work with Product and Analytics to identify the data and events needed for segmentation and automation.
Write clear hypotheses and run A/B tests across messaging, content, offers, timing, and journey structure.
Analyze email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
Maintain a clear experiment backlog, document learnings, and define next steps.
Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitor research to generate new hypotheses.
3 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing .
2 years of experience in growth experimentation and A/B testing .
Strong hands-on experience building audience segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
Ability to translate customer research and behavioral data into relevant messaging and effective flows.
Strong copywriting instincts across subject lines, calls to action, and lifecycle content.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect email performance to business outcomes.
Customer.Mixpanel, or similar marketing automation and analytics platforms .
Fluent English.
