<p><b> POSITION SUMMARY </b></p><p> Seeking a full- or part-time BE/BC radiologist to join our highly collegial team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants. </p><p> Primary goal is recruiting colleagues with strong interpersonal skills motivated to provide patient-centered care. We are particularly interested in candidates with MSK fellowship training. The ideal candidate would have experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures. </p><p><b> PRACTICE DETAILS </b></p><ul><li><p> Physician-led multi-specialty medical group exclusively serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta area. </p></li><li><p> Integrated practice with a stimulating and rewarding work environment. Excellent opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles. </p></li><li><p> Outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital exams. Teleradiology covers overnights. </p></li><li><p> Full-time radiologists average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month. Compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts. </p></li><li><p> Group averages 70 wRVUs per shift. Weekday shifts are modality/subspecialty oriented; evening and weekend shifts are general. </p></li><li><p> All radiologists are placed on shareholder track. </p></li><li><p> Option to work from home for non-patient facing work, including evenings and weekends. </p></li></ul><p><b> BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS </b></p><ul><li><p> Compensation structure with initial fixed salary phase allowing for low stress onboarding focused on quality and enculturation followed by transition to market-leading productivity-based compensation when advantageous to the radiologist (typically 1-2 years). </p></li><li><p> Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and disability insurance. </p></li><li><p> Highly generous pension, supplemented by 401k. </p></li></ul><p> TSPMG is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups.
