Role Description The Sales Manager – B2B | Corrugated Box & Packaging Industry is a full-time, on-site role for PAN India. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and driving sales growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing and negotiating quotations and contracts, and following up to close deals within defined sales cycles. The Sales Manager will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and high service levels.

The role also involves contributing to sales strategies that expand the company’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within the corrugated box, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to understand technical specifications of packaging products and align them with customer requirements.
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Proven capability to work on-site, manage field visits, and travel PAN India to meet clients as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines

Compensation

CTC : 4.5-5.5 LPA + Performance Incentives.

Additional travel reimbursment / allowance willbe provided as per company policy.
