Role Overview

GM – Sales & Marketing will be the strategic Sales & Marketing leader for ongoing/upcoming high-rise developments, with full responsibility for sales strategy, new customer acquisition,customer relationship etc.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a proven real estate professional with strong understanding of RERA norms, multi-channel sales, customer lifecycle, and stakeholder alignment.

Exposure to Noida & Ghaziabad market mandatory.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

• Drive primary sales for large residential high-rise projects (500+ units)
• Lead channel sales, direct sales, and bulk deals (including PSUs & institutional buyers)
• Own deal closures, negotiations, and revenue targets
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team & channel partner network.

Marketing Strategy & Digital Leadership

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Digital (Social Media, Google, Performance Marketing)- Instagram, YouTube to drive lead generation, brand positioning.
• Drive Launch-related activations including branding, customer outreach, CP onboarding, digital campaigns, and site presentation.

Customer Experience & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end customer journey from enquiry to possession, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and satisfaction.
• Ensure documentation accuracy (allotment letters, agreements, amendments, legal paperwork).

INCUMBENT PROFILE:

• Proven exposure of having worked with reputed developers of residential multistoried apartments with 500+units.
• Deep market understanding of Ghaziabad, Noida micro-markets.
• Strong understanding of RERA frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with ethical pedigree.
