About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with expertise in Transaction Lifecycle Management to drive product strategy, execution, and innovation. This role will focus on building and enhancing solutions that streamline transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation across financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Product strategy: Define and execute product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.- Lifecycle management: Oversee end-to-end transaction lifecycle including trade capture, validation, settlement, and reporting.- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.- Market research: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions.- Agile delivery: Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints to deliver product enhancements.- Risk and compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and risk management practices.
Qualifications- 6–10 years of experience in product management within financial services or fintech.- Strong knowledge of transaction lifecycle processes (trade capture, clearing, settlement, reconciliation).- Experience with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank).- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
