<p></p><p><b>R AND D ENGINEER </b> </p> <p></p> <p>Position: R&amp;D Engineer<br /> Experience: 3 -4Years (SolidWorks Mandatory)<br /> Salary: 30, – 40, per month<br /> Qualification: Diploma B.tech Mechanical<br /> Job Locarion: Sec. 27 Faridabad </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br /> Develop and maintain tooling for rubber moulding, plastic moulding, and sheet metal<br /> Develop jigs, fixtures, and evaluate tool life<br /> Lead new product and process development along with customer approvals<br /> Review customer engineering specifications and handle contract review activities<br /> Ensure compliance with ISO : requirements and act as customer representative<br /> Coordinate cross-functional teams for APQP and manufacturing capability development<br /> Manage R&amp;D documentation, design changes, and document control<br /> Drive innovation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives<br /> Provide technical support and report R&amp;D performance to management<br /> Review and approve APQP &amp; PPAP process documents<br /> Control PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, inspection, and operational standards </p>
