Strategic Alliances Manager

Job Purpose

The Alliance Manager will be responsible for planning and rolling out consumer finance and EMI programs in the market, managing relationships with Banks, NBFCs and payment aggregators, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution, communication, and financial control of these programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan the roll-out of new projects/initiatives in the market in conjunction with current and new partners.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders at Head Office/Region level and with payment aggregators for smooth roll-out of programs.
• Design and run Consumer EMI schemes.
• Implement channel communication strategies to ensure improved efficiency, feedback, and faster dissemination of important information related to schemes.
• Manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and partner/aggregators.
• Design and manage affordability schemes during product launches, sustenance phases, and festive periods.
• Design, allocate, and control budgets across various business priorities.
• Monitor ROI on key business spends.
• Work with internal stakeholders/departments — IT, Sales Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Legal — for onboarding new partners, rolling out new consumer finance offers, and settling partner claims.

• Budgeting, cost control, and ROI analysis capability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple partners (Banks, NBFCs, aggregators) simultaneously.
