Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Customer Support & Sales) Location: Coimbatore (Office-Based) Experience: 1–2 Years Qualification: Any Degree Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both customer support and sales , with strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services. Perform cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value and sales. Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and support requests. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Ability to achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
