Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time PM Shift Canyon Springs Post-Acute Pay: $49-50/hour + Full Benefits Canyon Springs Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift . We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment where our staff can thrive and grow professionally. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and healthcare needs. Provide skilled nursing care and ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes. Observe, evaluate, and communicate changes in patient status to physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed. Perform routine nursing procedures and maintain accurate patient records. Educate residents and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health management. Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
