Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) | Full Time | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

The Role

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Serenity, youll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required training and support provided .

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP

Active state license or willingness to obtain

Unencumbered DEA license

Clean background

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
