HR Manager - Leather Manufacturing

We’re Hiring | HR manager for – Leather Manufacturing | Noida

Looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our leather manufacturing unit in Noida .

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8–10 years in HR, preferably in garment, leather, or manufacturing industries
• Industry Preference: Hands-on experience in a leather manufacturing unit will be strongly preferred
• Location: Noida – local candidates or candidates willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations
• Statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factories Act and labour laws
• Payroll coordination and attendance management
• Employee relations and grievance handling
• Liaising with government authorities and labour departments
• HR policy formulation and implementation
• Training and development initiatives
• Contract labour management and shop-floor workforce management

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing/factory environment
• High integrity, discipline and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees and management
