Role Description The Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will lead and execute end-to-end hiring processes to meet staffing needs across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula involves managing full-life cycle recruiting, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building talent pipelines, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The Deputy Manager will contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support HR policies and compliance throughout the recruitment process. The position also involves continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align talent acquisition with business goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting across multiple roles and levels.
• Experience in hiring and interviewing, including structured interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Skills in employer branding, including promoting the organization through digital platforms and talent outreach.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools (job portals, professional networks, social media).
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
