The QVE (Quality Value Engineering) Technical Lead role at Schneider Electric is a specialized leadership position focused on driving cost optimization, quality improvements, and value engineering initiatives across product lines. Key Responsibilities: . Value Engineering Leadership Lead QVE initiatives to reduce product costs while maintaining or improving quality and performance. Work closely with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and marketing teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with global HUBs and regional teams (e.g., China, France) to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
