We’re working with a leading personal auto insurer in South Florida that’s looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Claims Adjuster. You’d be the calm, capable voice customers hear when they have an auto claim, and you’d guide them from the first call to the final resolution. The company has a collaborative, people-first culture, and the compensation for the role is strong.This position is primarily in-office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Some key responsibilities:Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto and PIP claims, including complex onesReview policies to confirm coverage and resolve coverage issuesHandle customer conversations in English and Spanish, professionally and accuratelyWork with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to move claims to resolutionKeep detailed, timely claim records and stay compliant with state and federal regulations
The right person for this role is fluent in English and Spanish, holds an active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License, and has done well in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
