Provides strategic leadership for the company’s human resources function, aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a high-performance culture. Oversees enterprise-wide HR strategy and execution across talent acquisition, organizational design, total rewards, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Leads corporate and plant HR teams, ensuring consistent policy execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Maintains accountability for HR budgeting, internal controls, and employment practices while advancing the company’s People & Culture standards and fostering employee engagement and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree required; MS Degree or SHRM Certification preferred
• 20(+) years of HR experience
• More than 10 years of manufacturing experience
• Continuous improvement experience
• 5(+) years of experience at the Executive level leading the Human Capital Strategy
• Demonstrated experience working with Board members on strategic business and organizational priorities.
