We’re hiring a young Content Writer / Strategist to bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the content.

If you can look at a creator and immediately think, “I know what they should make next” — we want to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ideate Reels, scripts, hooks, series, captions and content formats.
• Write engaging scripts, storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual’s personality and tonality.
• Understand each one’s personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.
• Build original IPs — recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.
• Stay on top of new culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.
• Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

What are we looking for

• Strong creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.
• Deep understanding of social media and social culture.
• Someone who is constantly online and knows what’s trending and why.
• Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas.
• Freshers and interns with a strong content portfolio, personal page or creative work are encouraged to apply.
