Meta Ads Specialist

Our client is a funded D2C in the health and wellness sector with ARR - 100 Cr We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to execute, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across our D2C portfolio, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and performance. Roles & Responsibilities Execute, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns. Work closely with the Growth team to drive customer acquisition. Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaigns, and strategies. Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions. Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports. Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads. Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization. Experience managing performance campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands. Strong analytical and data-driven approach. Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.
