Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Project Manager and support multiple phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with project administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation Support budgeting, cost tracking, procurement activities, and contract administration Coordinate with architects, owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks impacting delivery timelines Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, costs, and outstanding items Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely document control Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Management, or a related field preferred Ability to successfully manage all aspects of commercial projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
