Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Assist in developing tax planning and tax-efficient strategies to minimize clients’ tax liabilities.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and timely service delivery.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements , including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews.
• Identify accounting and tax discrepancies and assist in resolving them efficiently.

Qualifications

• CA / Chartered Accountant – Qualified or pursuing.
• CA Inter candidates are welcome to apply.
• CA Dropped / CA Dropout candidates with relevant accounting and taxation experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of US taxation and accounting will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Candidates with experience working with US CPA firms or international clients will be preferred.
