Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate ledgers and prepare statements.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable management, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing using accounting software.
• Understanding of taxation, statutory compliances, and audit support, preferably within the Indian regulatory framework.
• Working knowledge of Tally and QuickBooks for financial tracking and inventory.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, and Gmail).
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Highly adaptable with a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
• Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage confidential information responsibly.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field;
• Prior experience in hospitality, consulting, or service-oriented businesses is beneficial but not mandatory.
