Salary: $77,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Have two years of experience installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and Microsoft products, with exposure to deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment in a data center.
• Have one year of experience working in an Active Directory environment with system tools such as WireShark, Fluke Meter, Altiris, and Ghost.
• Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Have previous experience in a casino setting and experience with gaming systems, table game systems, cash-dispensing systems, and kiosk technology.
• Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA A+, or Network+ certification is preferred.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands that include mobility, standing, agility, balance, coordination, and dexterity when handling IT equipment.
• Be able to work in conditions that may include weather, confined spaces, noise, dust, chemicals or fumes, heights, and secondhand smoke, and use concentration and analytical judgment under time pressure.
• Be available for a full-time role supporting 24/7/365 operations, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, or extended hours; travel between our properties may be required.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening; employees may also be subject to random screenings during employment.

• Help develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintain familiarity with their procedures, and respond to crises as needed.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices, network hardware, printers, scanners, presentation systems, and related software.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex IT and hardware issues on site, implement corrective solutions, and coordinate off-site repairs when needed.
• Provide audio/visual support and communicate with third-party AV vendors as required.
• Train and support end users and staff in equipment operation and system use.
• Maintain accurate inventories of IT and networking equipment, including monitors, servers, routers, switches, and peripherals.
• Document hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals.
• Track and manage IT hardware and equipment contracts, including installations covered by contracts.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests received by phone, page, or email.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
