Salary: $312,000 - 332,800 per year Requirements:

• We need strong SAP S/4HANA manufacturing expertise, with a solid understanding of SFI and shop-floor integration.
• We expect knowledge of production execution, shop-floor reporting, production order interfaces, and manufacturing data flows.
• We need experience working as an IT business analyst, including gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting testing and implementation.
• We expect the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• We require a bachelors degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: experience with Apriso or other MES platforms integrated with SAP.
• Preferred: exposure to MRP and PPDS processes in a production setting.
• Preferred: experience supporting end-to-end implementations, including blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Preferred: familiarity with aerospace and defense production operations and controlled manufacturing environments.

• We analyze and document business and functional requirements for SFI and related manufacturing execution processes.
• We support the design of integration points between SAP S/4HANA, SFI/Apriso, PPDS, MRP, and MES.
• We define and maintain functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and process changes that affect shop-floor operations.
• We support production order management, confirmations, work center execution, and real-time shop-floor data flows.
• We participate in system, integration, and regression testing, along with go-live support for SFI-related changes.
• We troubleshoot and help resolve production issues, data mismatches, and interface defects in collaboration with ABAP, MES, and business teams.
• We work closely with manufacturing, operations, planning, and IT stakeholders.
• We support initiatives that improve production visibility, data quality, and execution efficiency.

We are hiring a long-term SAP Shop Floor Integration (SFI) Consultant for a remote role with approximately 10% travel. The position supports our aerospace and defense environment and is focused on the design, integration, testing, and production support of SAP S/4HANA and MES-connected shop-floor processes across the broader MRP, PPDS, and manufacturing execution landscape. This role is based in Orlando, FL, and the posted pay range is $150.00 to $160.00 per hour.
