Assistant Sales Manager

Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Sales We are looking for a B2B / Corporate Sales professional with approximately 2–5 years of relevant sales experience to drive new business, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, consultative selling, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, follow-ups, and deal closure , preferably with corporate decision-makers and multiple stakeholders. Preferred Industry Background — in priority order: BTL / Trade Marketing / Consumer Promotion Agencies Loyalty, Rewards & Consumer Engagement Companies Corporate Gifting / Promotional Solutions Media / Advertising Sales Digital Marketing Agencies Experiential Marketing / Brand Activation MarTech / Marketing SaaS Market Research / Consumer Insights Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions, proposals and presentations. Conduct client meetings, product/service pitches and ideation discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Drive revenue through new client acquisition, upselling and cross-selling. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, implementation and client servicing. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Candidates with direct B2B/corporate sales experience in the above sectors will be given priority.
