Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, including 4 or more years with C# and .NET across .NET Framework desktop development, WinForms, and COM interop.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST APIs, including contracts, authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, or API keys, versioning, resilience patterns, and OpenAPI documentation.
• At least 3 years building and operating solutions in Microsoft Azure, including App Service or Azure Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL, Service Bus or Event Grid, Application Insights, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Front-end experience with a modern framework such as Angular or React, plus TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or Azure SQL data modeling and query performance, and secure coding for payment card and guest data, including PCI DSS awareness, secure secrets handling, TLS, and encryption at rest.
• Experience in a fast-paced Agile or Scrum environment with continuous integration, Jira, Confluence, and Git-based workflows such as GitHub.
• Ability to contribute effectively to, and help lead, high-performing distributed development teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a commitment to ongoing technical learning, and the ability to build relationships across the organization while focusing on internal and external customers.
• Ability to meet the roles physical demands, including sitting, walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and handling loads of 1–25 pounds; using a computer with repetitive hand movements; working an 8-hour shift with occasional overtime; and traveling by air or driving as needed. • Preferred: Experience with NCR Voyix Aloha, including Aloha Connect, COM interop, Configuration Center, Aloha Kitchen, or ATO, or with another enterprise POS platforms extension model.
• Preferred: Experience with payment and loyalty integrations, such as payment gateways, tokenization, buy-now-pay-later providers, or loyalty and CRM platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical software as part of our distributed engineering team, including C# applications for Aloha POS terminals and REST microservices for our backend.
• Develop and maintain Angular or React web interfaces for internal tools, portals, and configuration consoles supporting our POS and loyalty platforms.
• Build, deploy, and operate C# .NET Web APIs, Azure Functions, and background services in Microsoft Azure; maintain the infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines for those services.
• Develop and maintain C# applications for Aloha POS terminals using .NET Framework and WinForms.
• Create and support integrations with third-party vendors and platforms, including NCR Voyix, FreedomPay, Affirm, Twilio, SEMNOX, Workday, and SaaS partners, as well as our OmniFun loyalty and enterprise data hub platforms.
• Promote secure, scalable, resilient, and efficient engineering practices through code reviews, testing, static analysis, secrets management, structured logging, monitoring, and safe release and rollback processes, including piloting store-impacting releases before broader deployment.
• Provide tier-three support for POS and API incidents within the teams support capacity, investigate root causes, and deliver lasting fixes; participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate code quality, testing, piloting, installation, and implementation, and clearly explain technical options, risks, and trade-offs to technical and business audiences.
