Platform True Insurance Specialisation: Work within a platform built around insurance, reinsurance and complex liability, rather than insurance being one department within a generalist firm.Sophisticated Coverage Work: Advise insurers across CGL, professional liability, cyber, property, healthcare and complex casualty coverage, with exposure to both advisory and contentious matters.International Client Exposure: Work with leading US and international insurers and reinsurers, including matters with cross-border and London-market dimensions.
Responsibilities Advise insurers on coverage analysis, policy interpretation and complex exposuresDraft coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights and disclaimer correspondenceManage discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation and arbitrationWork directly with carriers, underwriters and experienced coverage partners
Requirements 4+ years xzbcwsv of insurance coverage experienceStrong policy interpretation and coverage advisory backgroundExperience with CGL, professional liability, property, casualty and/or related coverageActive New York Bar admission
