You meet with clients who need help understanding their coverage options. Each appointment is an opportunity to walk someone through available plans, answer their questions clearly, and help them make a decision that fits their situation. Preparation before each meeting and accurate documentation afterward are part of the routine.
How You Build Client Relationships
Much of this role centers on follow-up. After an initial conversation, you check in with clients, clarify next steps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You also coordinate with team members to keep information organized and ensure every client receives consistent support throughout the process.

Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.
