Student Support Residential Advisor

Milton Hershey School seeks a caring Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential education setting. In this role, you’ll support daily routines, homework, and social-emotional development while modeling positive behavior. You’ll help maintain a safe, inclusive environment aligned with MHS’s mission of holistic education. Working closely with educational and residential staff, you’ll provide supervision, basic care, and encouragement that promotes resilience, responsibility, and personal growth for students from diverse backgrounds.
