Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a Senior Wedding Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in the wedding or event industry who is passionate about luxury weddings, excels in client management, and has the ability to transform client visions into unforgettable celebrations while driving sales.

• Meet and consult with prospective clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
• Conceptualize and present creative wedding themes, décor concepts, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Production, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
• Conduct venue visits and recce to understand event requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest wedding trends, décor concepts, and industry insights.
• Ensure a seamless handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

• 2–5 years of experience in wedding planning, wedding sales, event management, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to prepare design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Strong client relationship management and sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, venue visits, and events when required.
