<p><b>Manager - Purchase (Mumbai) </b><br />Educational Qualification<br />• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.<br />• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Procurement Management will be preferred.<br />• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.<br />Experience<br />• 10–15 years of experience in procurement and purchase management.<br />• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.<br />Job Description<br />• Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services.<br />• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and governance.<br />• Manage tendering processes, contract administration, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and strategic sourcing.<br />• Oversee procurement for construction, infrastructure, civil, MEP, renovation, and interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.<br />• Coordinate with project consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction-related procurement activities.<br />• Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service agreements, and software licenses.<br />• Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.<br />• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, GST requirements, and audit standards.<br />• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.<br />• Oversee ERP-based procurement processes (SAP/Oracle), procurement MIS, and performance reporting.<br />• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team while driving process improvements and best procurement practices.<br />• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization. </p>
