Duties and Responsibilities:Defend insureds in construction defect, product liability, transportation, general liability, and complex tort cases.Handle matters from claim investigation through discovery, depositions, expert work, mediation, and trial.Prepare high-quality pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.Collaborate with partners on strategy for multi-party and high-value litigation.Take meaningful ownership of files with increasing autonomy.
