Hiring: Business Development Executive - Sales Team

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. If you're passionate about sales, relationship management, and business growth, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client outreach to deal closure and post-sales relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise partners, including SMBs and large enterprises. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire and onboard new enterprise clients. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by identifying business opportunities and closing high-value deals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and recommend service improvements. Lead client negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-first approach. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to build business from the ground up (0–1 mindset). Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
