<p> <b> Roles and Responsibilities </b> </p> About<br /> The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home<br /> Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small<br /> Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank.<br /> <br /> About the Role<br /> The Sr. Product Manager who manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning<br /> to tactical activities. The Product Head and team (working closely with the Sales Team) are<br /> responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and<br /> bottom-line delivery. The Product team is also responsible for Product Design, Product<br /> Development, Product Strategy, Product Planning. Portfolio Management and Analysis.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Responsible for designing, launching and product positioning new products and messaging that<br /> differentiates the products from the market.<br /> Sales Enablement- to communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and<br /> develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products<br /> Plan the launch of the new products and release and manage the cross-functional<br /> implementation of the plan<br /> Possess market intelligence and knowhow on the competition products, features, and<br /> positioning<br /> Develop the strategy of demand generation and manage the marketing programs driving this<br /> demand<br /> End to end co-ordination with the teams, Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for<br /> sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals,<br /> clearing of discrepancies.<br /> To identify process gaps and suggest new processes / process changes &amp; enablers. To suggest<br /> best solution for businesses<br /> Developing Online &amp; offline Digital journey of customers<br /> Service features implementation in Digital journey<br /> Building Cross- sell opportunity across journey<br /> Understanding of customer behavior / requirements<br /> Drive and manage all P&amp;L metrics<br /> Ensures compliance and adherence to internal compliance policies, Bank guidelines, and<br /> external regulatory (RBI guidelines) in product design
