Hiring: Project Sales Manager Location: Guwahati Experience: 7–12 Years Salary: ₹50,000/month – Negotiable for the right candidate ️ Industry: Construction / Building Materials Role Overview We are looking for a Project Sales Manager with strong experience in project sales, business development, client relationship management, and team handling within the construction/building materials industry . Key Responsibilities Drive project sales & business development across private, government, institutional & infrastructure projects. Manage relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, government departments & PSUs . Handle the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, product specification, approvals, negotiation, order closure & collections. Identify upcoming projects and expand the customer network. Lead and motivate the project sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets. Monitor market trends, competition and drive profitable revenue growth. Government tender experience will be an added advantage .
